Choose the card family you wish to draw from (1:1 Career Conversations, Team Building, or Self-Coaching), consider the Depth Level at the bottom to help guide your selection based on the relationship you have with the person you are speaking with, then ask the questions one-by-one starting with the main question at the top of the card.
