The cards are simple to use
Select Your Card:
Choose a card from the Card Family you want to work on (e.g., 1:1 Career Conversations, Team Building, Self-Coaching).
Follow the Prompts:
Beginning with the main question, simply ask each prompt one-by-one for a complete development conversation.
Listen Actively:
As you move through the questions, stay engaged and refrain from adding commentary.
Tip #1
After selecting your Card Family, use the Depth Levels to help you choose your card.
Tip #2
Use the pocket guide for detailed instructions and more guidance on how to ask probing questions.

Who is The Growth Stack for?
The Growth Stack is designed to be used by anyone who wants to develop and coach a team, individuals, and/or themselves.
Do I need previous experience coaching to use The Growth Stack?
Nope! The Growth Stack was designed for use by anyone regardless of experience in coaching or people management.
Do I have to be in a certain type of role/profession to use and/or benefit from The Growth Stack?
Nope! The Growth Stack was intentionally created for use across any industry, job function, and level. It can be used outside of professional conversations as well, though it was inspired by executive coaching conversations.
How do I use The Growth Stack?
The Growth Stack is easy to use! Choose the card family you wish to draw from (1:1 Career Conversations, Team Building, or Self-Coaching), consider the Depth Level at the bottom to help guide your selection based on the relationship you have with the person you are speaking with, then ask the questions one-by-one starting with the main question at the top of the card.
Each set of The Growth Stack comes with a pocket guide with more information on using the cards.
